Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. If you do not cancel within 24 hours of the service, you will be charged 50% of the service total. If you miss your appointment or you are more than 10 minutes late to your service, your service results in a cancellation and you will be charged 50% of the service total UNLESS you contact me to let me know and I give you the ok to come in.
Please be respectful of my time. I allow a 10 minute grace period if you are running late.

Service Policy

A $20 deposit is required to secure any FULL SET appointment.

A $10 deposit is required to secure any REFILL & LASH LIFT appointment.

No children or guests are allowed at your appointment.

Please book fills 2-3 weeks from the date of last service. If you wait longer than 3 weeks, you will be required to book a full set.

You must have 40% of lashes on to be considered a refill. If you are unsure of how much you have remaining, book a full set to be safe.

While I do accept foreign refills, these appointments do not qualify for the 20% off first time client discount.

I will do my best to correct anything you are unhappy with regarding your appointment. If you experience premature fallout or irritation within 72 hours of your service, please contact me and I will fix this at no additional charge. Anything after 72 hours is no longer my responsibility.
